2. Custom Fabrication Orders
Custom fabrication work is designed and built to the specifications agreed upon during the quoting process. Once a custom order has been confirmed and work has commenced, cancellations may not be possible, or may incur a cost reflecting materials and labour already committed to the project. We recommend reviewing all specifications, dimensions, and design details carefully before confirming an order.
3. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quoting and may include a deposit prior to the commencement of fabrication, with the balance payable upon completion, delivery, or installation. Full payment terms specific to your project will be outlined in your quote or invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges as outlined in your invoice.
4. Delivery and Installation
Elite Stainless Steel delivers locally within South West Sydney and freights products Australia-wide. Estimated delivery and installation timeframes will be provided as part of your quote; however, these are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including material availability, production scheduling, and third-party freight providers. Local installation support is available for Sydney-based projects; freight-only delivery applies to projects outside this region unless otherwise arranged.
5. Product Warranty
Elite Stainless Steel products are manufactured from premium-grade stainless steel and are backed by a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of [Insert warranty period] from the date of delivery or installation.
